1. Bike 6-12 miles during the work week (to-from work, or to work-lunch at home-to work-back home)
2. Do at least one hour (15 miles) on the bike trainer, two nights this week in addition to #1.
3. Take it easy and not injure myself!!!
4. Bike 100 miles around the lake on 9/15! Woo!
